Real Sites. Real Work. Built and Run by Us.

Every agency can show you mock-ups. We’d rather show you what we actually run — live, in production, day in and day out. The four properties below aren’t case studies from years ago or work handed off to a client who’s since redesigned it. They’re active businesses we build, manage, and maintain right now, which means every design decision, every plugin choice, and every performance optimization gets tested against the same thing your site will face: real visitors, real traffic, real deadlines.
Q Magazine
A digital publication built for readers and built to last.

Q Magazine is a full editorial platform — multiple contributors, ongoing content production, and the kind of publishing workflow that needs to stay fast and reliable no matter how much gets added to it. Running a magazine means constant new content, image-heavy pages, and an editorial team that needs a backend that doesn’t get in their way.
What this demonstrates: Content-heavy WordPress architecture, multi-author publishing workflows, performance at scale.
Q Magazine Shop
E-commerce that grew out of a real editorial brand.

Q Magazine Shop is the commercial arm of Q Magazine — a full WooCommerce build handling product catalogues, checkout, and payment processing. It also absorbed the complete product range when the original Ask Brett shop closed, meaning this build had to handle a real migration under real constraints, not just a fresh store built from scratch.
What this demonstrates: WooCommerce implementation, store migrations, e-commerce built around an existing brand identity.
Ask Brett
A personal brand platform doing double duty as a podcast home.

Ask Brett is a personal brand and podcast platform — built to support long-form content, podcast episode publishing, and a personality-driven site that needs to feel distinct rather than templated. Sites like this live or die on whether the design actually reflects the person behind them.
What this demonstrates: Personal brand sites, podcast/media integration, custom design work that goes beyond a generic template.
Hayhoe Pix Gallery
A photography showcase with the visual polish photography demands.

Hayhoe Pix Gallery exists to show off photography properly — which means the site itself has to get out of the way of the images. Fast-loading galleries, a custom navy-and-ivory design system, and full support infrastructure (help, community, legal pages) built entirely in self-contained custom code rather than off-the-shelf theme features.
What this demonstrates: Visual-first design, custom-built support pages, gallery/portfolio-style layouts done properly.
